CONDITIONS
1. What is the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
Orders under $99 will be charged $14 for delivery.
2. What are the carriers?
First, it’s important to know that the oven is shipped individually on a half-pallet. Deliveries are handled by our partner, PUROLATOR, in Canada.
Home delivery is mandatory, and your presence is recommended. Once your oven has been shipped, our partner will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time slot.
When you order accessories only, your order will be delivered to your home by Purolator. You will receive real-time tracking.
3. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. You will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days after shipment (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
If you have not received a tracking link via email or if you have not received your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us by email at marceloven@louistellier.com, providing your first and last name, order number, and items ordered. Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
4. How can I track my order?

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully received
- We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouses

5. Can I have a delivery outside of Canada?

6. Why is my delivery address not accepted?

7. Can I modify a confirmed order?

8. Can I cancel my order?

If an email has already been sent to you with the tracking information for your package, then cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us for a return or exchange request.
9. Why is my payment method not accepted?

It is also possible that your bank may assist you if you are having difficulties with credit card payment.
