The MARCEL outdoor wood-fired oven stands out with its patented flame-locking damper system, allowing it to precisely control all types of cooking!
This system is accessible from the front of the oven with the pull handles. When pressed down, the damper is open. When pulled out, the damper is closed.
DAMPER OPEN
Flame return at the top of the firebox for quick cooking and high temperatures (842 to 932°F). This system allows for cooking delicious juicy cuts of meat and/or grilled dishes, as well as tasty pizzas!
DAMPER CLOSED
The flame from the rear firebox is contained in the upper chamber of the oven, allowing for temperature control and maintenance for inert cooking (standard cooking): 302 to 482°F. At this temperature, you can make bread, meats, fish, vegetables, stews, pastries, and more.

To maintain the fire, simply add fuel regularly and ensure that the temperature remains constant.
