The creation of MARCEL was born from an unforgettable personal experience in the Alpes-Maritimes. Watching the process of reigniting a traditional bread oven filled me with a deep nostalgia for the warm and friendly atmosphere of village celebrations. This experience inspired the creation of a wood-fired oven that allows one to recreate this ambiance in their own garden.
With its design inspired by traditional ovens and modern materials, MARCEL transports users to a festive atmosphere while providing the opportunity to cook delicious dishes and create unforgettable memories.

The principle of the bread oven, with its hearth and arch, has existed for thousands of years. With a few logs, a little patience, and practice, you could cook just about anything: potatoes, a cut of meat, pies... which were then shared with family, friends, or neighbors.
MARCEL was created with the aim of recapturing the spirit of traditional bread ovens while being easy to transport and simple to use, thanks to its rear combustion chamber (logs or pellets) and its flame-locking damper system that allows for controlling all types of cooking.
It is designed for both outdoor cooking enthusiasts and professionals (restaurateurs, caterers, artisans...).
