MARCEL OVEN Return Policy

Overview
At Marcel Oven, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- It must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
- It must not be a final sale item or a customized product.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RA number.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 15 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items without original packaging or accessories
